This full-day class will teach you everything you need to know about the new laws passed in Portland and the state of Oregon over the last couple of years. This will include the city of Portland FAIR Ordinance (Screening & Deposits reform), Relocation Fees, the Rental Registration requirements, and state law SB608

This is a must-attend class for anyone that owns, manages, or even rents a residence within the city of Portland.

Check-in: 8:30 am – 9:00 am
Class: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Lunch Break: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Class: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

If you are registered before the check-in start time we will email you a link to the virtual classroom. These classes are in high demand and we expect will be at full capacity. If you register and later find out you can't attend please be sure to cancel your registration or email us so that we can remove you and make room for someone on the waiting list to attend.
