business and to avoid costly mistakes.
This class covers issues a landlord should know,
from Screening and Move-in, through Move-out and Deposit Reconciliation, and will update you on the 2018 Law Changes as well as Senate Bill 608!

Who? Tia Politi
Tia Politi is a rental owner and licensed property manager who manages low-income apartments. She serves as president of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County, and secretary for the Oregon Rental Housing Association. In her career Tia has provided eviction and mediation services, guiding landlords through the required notices and procedures to help them successfully get possession of their rental units. She teaches classes to members of her local association and around the state on all things landlord-related, and serves as a tenant educator for St. Vincent de Paul. Most recently, Tia has developed and taught a tenant class at her local high school to prepare seniors for the responsibilities of tenancy.

Payments must be made by Pay Pal, or by check. The check must be received 1 week before scheduled event. Classes and Seminars with less than 5 people registered will be cancelled. Registration closes 1 week prior to event.

Each full paying PAROA member can bring one guest from their bundle (limit 1) that will share all resources for $75. (Guest will not receive credit hours.)
